Hello

I have trouble with nntp groups.

On monday suddenly nntp groups stops working, cron jobs gives me messages "Unable to establish connection to news.****.net on port 119 failed
With Error #110".

Until monday everything was ok. I'm getting news from two other servers, both gives me the same message. Can it be related with disabling by provider register_globals (now it's set to OFF)?

Nope, it is definitely not nntp related. Have you tried making a small PHP script and connecting to the NNTP server via the fsockopen() function. From the error it would clearly seem that PHP is failing to establish connection to the server.
