Hello,

Using an FTP program, I am unable to download the "theme" directory. I get the following warning in the FTP program:
Quote:

550 Can't change directory to /public_html/ffdos/theme: Permission denied
Failed [Unknown reason]


I attempt to chmod it from 700 to anything else and get the same warning. I am also unable to open the file to download the individual template files.

I have attempted the above with 2 different FTP programs with identical results.

Any help will be appreciated,

You need to use the forum's file unlock control panel to unlock permissions of forum's files.
