I have loaded a considerable number of historical data which is in the Moderation Queue awaiting review, reformatting, etc. before being released to the forum.

Is there any way to alter the sort of the queue display or a way to navigate through the entire queue to pick an choose items for approval?

The queue is ordered by date by default, from the oldest to the newest message. If you wish to change the order you need to edit modque.php.t file.

ORDER BY v.id, m.post_stamp DESC LIMIT ".$POSTS_PER_PAGE);
