Remove number of votes from poll results and only show percentages [message #35389]

Pretty straight forward question I think.

I am interested in having a poll not show how many votes have been cast for each item and only show the percentage. Ideally it would be only for one particular poll, but if a change has to be made globally that effects all polls, that is fine.

Is this possible?

You need to modify the poll displaying code inside drawmsg.tmpl and change it to show the item vote / total votes vs just the item vote.

Could you please be a little more descriptive in your recommendation. When I open drawmsg.tmpl I get a list of many smaller templates. Which of those do I need to edit?

Also - when opening these templates, the code that is listed there is not immediately obvious as to what you would want to change to achieve my desired results.

Any further assistance you would be able to provide would be greatly appreciated.

dmsg_poll_result is the section of the template you need to edit.
