Is Dedicated Support not available? I tried to look into the support services referred to but receive no answer any one know why?
It clearly says “as part of our support service we will help you resolve the problems that you may come across while using FUDforum as well as inform you of latest releases & security patches for your FUDforum.”
This would be a boon to those of us who are less technically savvy than some of the people here. This forum has been an excellent source of information but I do not foresee always having the time too search out a specific answer and decipher what it means.
I am new to this so explain things very, very carefully!
