Oh, it is not really feasible.

Consider tones of all combinations like "du-ru", "Ru-De", "tr-de", "de-tr", "en-fr", "en-fr", ...

and tones of users, to be manually assigned to these groups

Perhaps, i misunderstood your hint though Very Happy
