Hi,

i want to change a word in german_formal language in the registerform, but dont know how/where.

I can`t find the template which contains this translations.

Can someone help me?

The translations can be found inside the i18n/ directory. You can also change the text of the word of question via the "Message Editor" in the admin control panel.
