As far as I have experienced the search function ORs all search words meaning that all subjects (or posts) match if one of the search words is found in that subject or post.

How do I manage that the search words are ANDed so only subjects and postings are displayed in which all search words are found?

Is it implemented yet and I only missed the trick or is it not possible to do an AND search at the moment?

Currently the forum's search works using OR logic. However, the messages that match greatest number of keywords are listed at the top of the search results.

For example, if you searched for 'this message is neat', the message which contains 'this neat message' will appear above 'neat message' in the search results.

Ok, this technique (sorting the result by number of matched words) helps a little bit. But wouldn't it be great to implement AND logic (and maybe additional NOT logic)?

Perhaps you can think about that for version 3? Rolling Eyes
