Hello! If to allow the right of the anonym to create and answer messages all of them are called as one name "Anonymos". And whether it is impossible to make, that the person before a post had an opportunity to enter the name?

There is no such ability in the forum today, but it is definitely possible to add with a bit of hacking. What you want to do is add a new column to the msg table, such as "author_name". Then for anonymous users add a field (name) to the forum and write the data into the author_name column. Then you will need to modify the msg.php.t and drawmsg.tmpl to use that value for anon users.
