If that question is regarding the server that I am on, the OS is some sort of *nix flavor, running Apache. It is set to GMT, because it is located in Britain. I am located in the US, and I have the FUDforum set to Pacific time.

If an anonymous user sees the site, it is reported as being GMT. If a logged in user sees the site, it is reported as GMT unless that users refreshes the page; at that point, Pacific time is shown. Now I am getting more confused
