Trouble with NNTP [message #12092]

I have NNTP integrated into FUD. The amount of messages in the groups I want to import are more than the NNTP script can do reasonably (I get a timeout).

It was all working for some time, but I upgraded to 2.5.0 and didn't notice for a time that the nntp.php script had been overwritten with permissions that didn't allow it to be executed.

I set the errors/.nntp/newsgroup file to the appropriate number, but regardless, the nntp.php script STILL times out and STILL seems to try to import messages. I don't know why.

I pruned the NNTP forums down to 1 day to see if that helped, but no dice. Sad
