I tried to change my email as the admin to the one I use for a user and my user email over to admin. Somehow it deleted both account totaly.

How do I add back in the admin?

Which forum version were you using? This was a known bug in 2.3.0 release, which was resolved in 2.3.1.

You can register a new user and then via MySQL assign that user admin permissions by setting the 'is_mod' field inside the users table to 'A'.
