when the forum is disabled and you view the forum it says:

Undergoing Therapy; please come back soon!
Administrators can login here

The link to 'here' is: "http://<domain>/ccnmadm/admloginuser.php"

The actual link should be "http://<domain>/ccnm/adm/admloginuser.php"

(the slash is missing between the 'ccnm' and 'adm')

That's because your WWW_ROOT does not have a / in the end like it should.

If that is not the problem let me know.
