Yep, but there're no options like EST or EST5EDT in the web interface. What I finally did was a link from /usr/share/lib/zoneinfo/America/New_York to ../EST5EDT and the "United States/NewYork..." timezone started to work.
BTW. Is there an option to disable timezone at all, so that it will use local timezone only?
