Is there a built-in function that will delete members if they have been inactive?

My membership count drops by 1 every couple of days.

Nope, but there is code to delete non-verified members after 7 days since they registered. You can change the '7 day' to any other number.

Ok, that makes sense now. I was under the impression that the count was verified members only.
