Since 2.3.1 there is a russian translation avaliable.

Hmm... copying themes as a little tricky but not impossible.
I believe that can be done by copying the entire theme directory (for your theme) from the old forum to the new forum.

... and copying template directory so that you (or he Wink)'ll be able to modify this theme. Without tmpl dir, he'll have to sitck to this one, unchangeable theme.

well what I was suggesting is this:

themes/
-> default
-> custom_theme_A

By copying 'custom_theme_A' directory to another forum you'll be able to use that custom theme.

Yes, but this way you'll be unable to customize it further on destination server, because you can only customize (through admin panel) templates, from which themes are generated.

Copying only theme directory, you'll be able to use this theme, but that's all.

The theme directory contains the tmpl/ and other directories inside itself.

Maybe there was a major change, but just look (WWW_SERVER_ROOT and DATA_ROOT are the same as set in fud; WWW_SERVER_ROOT != DATA_ROOT):
# cd $WWW_SERVER_ROOT/theme/default
# find ./ -type d -print -maxdepth 1
./
./images
./help
# cd $DATA_ROOT/thm/default
# find ./ -type d -print -maxdepth 1
./
./i18n
./tmpl
./images

You are looking @ 2 completely different thing.

The thm/ directory is the 'non-compiled templates' and the 'theme/' directory contains the compiled ones.

The directory that would need to be copied over is the 'thm/' directory.

So we were talking about 2 different things.

When you said 'copy the theme directory' I thought 'copy the directory named "theme"'.

My appologies for the confusion. The directory that should be copied is the 'thm/' directory.
