Has anyone worked on a WebBBS 2.25 converter to FUDforum?

I have a 9000+ posts forum and would like to move the posts into FF.

WebBBS 2.25 doesn't use a database. All posts are stored in plaintext in a directory. It doesn't have user registration (one reason I want to switch to FF) and only has a threaded view.

Side issue (which I should probably post in a different thread):
In WebBBS, it 'archives' older posts my moving them to a 'read-only' seperate 'instance' of WebBBS. So old posts are never really gone, just archived.

From the FUDforum documentation, it sounds like the pruning operation actually deletes messages. Please consider an 'archive' option. Thanks.

Contact me privately via PM or Email with information about WebBBS. If you can convince me that this is a popular message board and would be willing to provide a data dump I will write you a converter from WebBBS to FUDforum.

As it is, I've never heard of WebBBS.

Why would you need an archive? Just don't prune the messages and they'll stick around forever.
