Hm, this windows encoding does only work for Windoze machines, just like windows-1252 for western encoding. This isn't very compatible to Unix machines however. I think u should use the official ISO encoding to make sure any operating system can see the letters the way they should be. Not everyone in this world uses Microsoft Windoze Wink

Just a suggestion because I made the experience on my Linux box that windows encoding has some unexpected results when it comes to special characters as � or � like in Swedish or German.
