Has anyone ever had this happen on the step 2 of the install?
Failed to connect to the MySQL Server, SQL Reason: Access denied for user: 'bourgm(at)bourg(dot)us' (Using password: YES)
I know that I am using the right login/password because it is the one I use for the other database(s).. I know it asks for the IP, but I put Bourg.us (my domain). I even tried putting the IP of my Bourg.us and my IP that my host gave me as my mysql server.
This is strange..

Clearly a permission error. MySQL has a number of auth scheme it is likely one of those auth mechanism is denying your access.
Check that the host you are using has access to the database you are trying to use.
