Hi. Firstly, I'd just like to say how amazingly satisfied I am with your software. I'm actually blown away how well it works and how easy it is to use. Sorry to digress:

I added a header that looks a lot like yours today, but now I have two different "Home" links: the one in the header links to my site's home, and the second (the one at upper-right) links to the Message board home. Where do I go to edit the text of the latter?

modify msg file (that's where you can change the caption of that link) for your locale (I presume english) and then rebuild the theme.
Since this is a very simple change you could just use the web theme editor to accomplish this task.
