I've posted a solution (quick hack) to this problem in How-To section (HERE), in case somebody will have similar problem. It works for me Very Happy

(thanks again, protoss!)

In a few words: code selects theme for unregistered users by examining the ACCEPT LANGUAGES header sent in browser's request.
