NOTE: none of the IP addresses below are real!
I have FUD installed on a server on my local net http://192.168.1.15:8015/index.php and it works great. I want to make the forum visible on the net via my router so http://14.255.173.143:8015/index.php brings up the index page and a click on any link results in a http://192.168.1.15:8015/newpage.php which of courcse doesn't doesn't work. I tried setting the WWW Root:
This is the URL of your forum to http://14.255.173.143:8015, but the first click throws up the http://192.168.1.15:8015 ip.
Any suggestions on how to make the forum url stay http://14.255.173.143? Do I have to make the IP address of the server 14.255.173.143? Thanks in advance. Bill Salt Lake City
