Currently in the "Post Preview" only the [Create Topic] button exists, how about also adding the [Preview Message] button up there. Also I suppose the [Spell-check-Message] button can go up there too as this way all three buttons will be on top and below the Post Form.

I'm sure many people do multiple previews, well, at least I do, and know more people should :)

Why? The 'post' button is there becasue you are looking at a preview and someone made a very valid point that it make sence to have a post button there since it is likely that after seeing the preview you are ready to submit. Additional preview button would be redundant since you are already looking @ a preview.

Many people do multiple previews. Since there already is a post button there it doesn't seem like clutter to me. I'm just tired of having to scroll down everytime I want to do another preview and am sure others have similar feelings.

If your point is people only submit previews once how about removing the preview button from the bottom during a preview disallowing a second preview alltogether? ;)

Hm...
Maybe I am missing something, so correct me if I am wrong.

You are looking @ a preview of the message, clicking preview again will no change any of the text you are viewing without having to modify the message. If you HAD modified the message you would've already scrolled down to the bottom of the page.

In my experience basically two things are seen during a preview:

a) The Post Preview on top
b) The Post Form textarea in the middleish bottom.

The preview button and friends are always well below this Post Form text box, in fact, right now I have to scroll down to even view "include signature" (which is fine, just demonstrating a point and of course this depends on post size). My screen size is 1600x1200 so that doesn't really come into play here.

I'd like to encourage users to preview as much as possible and always seeing the preview button will help as opposed to only sometimes seeing it or having to scroll down for it.
