Hi.
I am installing fud on a new server, when I am on step 2 of the install (database), I type in all my details - particularly username 'bol', but when I click next the following error appears:

Failed to create table fud_users.tbl (DROP TABLE IF EXISTS fud23_users), SQL Reason: Access denied for user: 'bol@<server domain>.net' to database 'bol_pn'

why would the installer append the domain to my username?

All my settings are correct, I was very careful to specify the database and username/password.
