Regular expressions are slow.

$file = file_get_contents('aaaaaa.txt'); //or whatever you got
$temp = explode(';', $file);
foreach ($temp AS $i=>$t)
{
$t = trim($t, ' ;__$');
if ($t == '') unset($temp[$i]);
}

//your array:
print_r($temp);
