Message-ID (contains) googlegroups.com

I have never heard of an ISP (any ISP) filtering spam from Usenet. Your
ISP, whomever it is, is merely relaying a stream of data between your
chosen news server (in your case, eternal-september) and your
newsreader. They do not read or filter it.

Well, you are using Outhouse Distress, which does not have the
capability to filter on Message-ID. Perhaps if you were to try a more
capable reader?

Strange. I don't have a "spam" folder for Usenet... email, sure, but not
News.

How do you block Usenet posts from those countries? Where am I posting
from?
