Yes, but not with OE. I'm still using MailWasher to do whole countries.
That's the ONLY think I use in MailWasher though: the authors don't really
know what they're doing and can cause the user to spam if you follow some of
their instructions. because it creates new mails, phony reject messages and
takes no notice of innocent bystanders.

OE by itself is a poor program to try to use to stop spam with.
