You have four choices:

include ("filemname.php");
include_once ("filemname.php");
require ("filemname.php");
require_once ("filemname.php");

For discussion of the implications of the various methods, and various
opinions on which is best, try googling "php include require".

Various people using this group have opinions on these, and they are not
always in agreement.
