It is nice to know that differences can be settled, should any occur.
You are seeing demons everywhere and expecting everyone to be a bad guy.
Also a contract in business need to be legal, one way to mke sure that
it clears a court scrutiny is to make it strict, that way there is no
misunderstandings. You do not want to stand with differences and then
have an unclear definition in the contract.
