You're the one who started with "it can be settled in court".
You won't get any support here, even from the morons. I suggest you
take a basic business course. Your very first message destroyed any
possibility of anyone respecting you in this newsgroup - and probably
most usenet groups.
Maybe you should try a lawyer's newsgroup. They'll be glad to sue
people for you - for a price, of course.
