Because I don't support spammers - especially stoopid ones. And that's
all Tony is.

If he really wanted to discuss the topic, he would bring his suggestions
up in a related newsgroup. Instead, he just tries to promote his web
site with an off-topic post to this newsgroup.

But then spammers aren't very smart - and Tony is stoopider than most.
