The person having the heart attack isn't going to be doing much of anything;
what do you think he should do?
If the car mech is the only one around, he just might know how to dial 911
or do CPR, or get the fastest help. That's a pretty uriney attituce on your
part and once again makes no sense. An answer for the sake of your ego. A
failure to show off and a lot more.
