Download and install WAMP (http://www.wampserver.com/en/) and get
Apache, PHP and MySQL plus PHPMyAdmin to create a dvlopmnt nvironmnt on
a Windows machin, then use the newsgroup alt.apache.configuration
instead of this group for questions about setting up apache.
