I checked the apache error log, and the following line appears:

[Wed Dec 07 17:41:48 2005] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Premature end of script headers: php-cgi.exe, referer: http://localhost/FUDforum2/install.php
[Wed Dec 07 17:41:57 2005] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Premature end of script headers: php-cgi.exe, referer: http://localhost/FUDforum2/install.php
[Wed Dec 07 17:42:10 2005] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Premature end of script headers: php-cgi.exe, referer: http://localhost/FUDforum2/install.php
[Wed Dec 07 17:45:59 2005] [warn] (OS 121)The semaphore timeout period has expired. : winnt_accept: Asynchronous AcceptEx failed.

And where is the php error located at? Or they use the same error log as apache error log?

It seemed like php premature crash. Anything wrong with the machine set up?
