A fair number of significant changes were made, hence RC3 and not the final release. The list of major changes since last RC is listed below:


  1. Added Bulgarian translation
  2. Added Italian translation
  3. Updated Chinese translation
  4. Added code to remember category status on the front page
  5. Fixed a bug with arrays inside reg_globals.inc
  6. Fixed a file upload bug when editing message with file attachments
  7. Fixed message compactor problem on forums with no messages.
  8. Made the default timezone be blank.
  9. Fixed (I hope) a PostgreSQL error when making new threads
