changing password should be essential feature as sometimes the user may forget their login password.Wink


That is why the admin can 'reset' the user's password, there is no way to retrieve the user's old password since the passwords are stored as MD5 inside the SQL database for security purposes.
The reset feature, will reset the users password by setting it to a random number and will send the user an email which contains their new password.
