Here is the quick and rather uncomplicated process of moving a forum:

1) Make a forum datadump using datadump control panel
2) Install a forum on the new server (same version as was ran on the old server).
3) Import the datadump into the new forum.
4) For verification run cosnsitency checker.

You are now done Smile
