Hi Prottoss,
I have strange effects with Version 2.3.4. I have set the upload limit to 102400 bytes today and all was fine. After setting this value later to 204800 bytes the forum accepted the new value for the private messages uploads but not for the "regular" thread upload.
Instead the thread upload displayed that i am allowed to upload ONE file with max. 1024 KB and this is too much 80.

There are 2 upload limit settings, one for private messages and one for regular messages. The upload file size limit for regular messages is defined per forum, and you can set/change it via the forum admin control panel.
