When I type in Word a sentence like this:
I'm showing "this is an example"
and then copy/paste to the forum, is shows like this:
I’m showing “this is an example”
Anyone know what I need to do to fix this?
PS: This doesn't happen just from Word. Sometimes I'll copy/paste from other sites, like the NY Times and it does the same thing.

Not a forum bug, this has to do with Word and possibly other Win32 applications trying to be smart and HTML encodes the string, hence the 'weird' characters you are seeing.

Hi,
You need to paste it in Frontpage, then click HTML to view codes and copy/paste to fudforum. Make sure HTML code is set to ON.
