Here's the data format for member files. It's a bit incomplete, but it should be more than sufficient for a converter.
UBB versions since 5.x use the same format, in general. Infopop programmers have just tacked on more lines at the end of the file as the versions have progressed. This information was made with 6.5.0 in mind, but if you handle blank lines or a file that is short a number of lines, it should work fine for UBB 5.x and 6.x. Lines that I didn't bother to or couldn't figure out the format of are so noted with the string "??".
Forum configuration files are not the same throughout different versions. And it seems that the forum posts format has changed since every release of UBB.classic 6.x.

The line numbers are just for reference. They don't appear in the actual file. Here's a sample of a member data file:
