i am a newbie of FUD,so there r some problems:
1. i want my site useing chinese and the charset of UTF-8,but in install.php,it's gb2312,so i modify it to utf-8,save it.
but there r some errors of MD5 check when installing,how can get it work when modify some code in install.php.
2. after installation, i go to homepage of FUD,it says cannot find ./GLOBLE.PHP,there r not GLOBLE.php in root folder of FUD,finnally i find it at /FUDForum/include/ ,so copy it to /fud and /fud/adm/ ,it works again ,why?
any helps,thnx!

Do not modify install.php. Only modify files (if you need to) manually after the forum has been installed.
The bad symlink is likely the result of install.php modifications.
