is there a way to hide a forum/category for rdf ?

You can make rdf feed follow access priveleges of a certain user by specifying the ID of that user inside the rdf control panel. Then you can take away access priveleges of that user from the forum you don't want visible via rdf.

what is the user id?
login name, alias, or an id that i don't know ...

The user id is a unique number assigned to each user. You see this number when you view the user's profile via the usrinfo page when it is being passed via the id GET field.
