One more thing (my forum is still 2.6.9)
When there is a RAR archive attached to the message, and I click on it's link to download, the browser (I use IE6) gives me a dialog box with "Save as" option, and download goes well.
But when it's a picture (jpeg, for instance), - clicking on it just opens up this picture in a browser window, and I can see it, but not download. What am I doing wrong?

Here are some "variables" to consider:
1) What browser is being used (Personally I use Firefox and it works with it, tested with IE and Opera just now and that works too).
2) Is https:// being used on your forum?
3) Are URL sessions enabled and are they used exclusively (no cookie sessions) ?
