Is there a way for an admin to turn off a user's e-mail notification or subscriptions? Someone has e-mail notification enabled and has put an auto-responder on his e-mail address.

Really? I can change the user's profile, toggle confirmation, sig, PM, moderator status, add/change custom tags and profile link color or ban the user. Under Actions, I can send a PM or email, see posts, reset password, delete user or messages by this user. I do not see an option to log in as the user.

The answer to that question is that you can't via the forum. You can unsubscribe the user by executing an SQL query (DELETE) aimed at clearing the user's entries from the topic and forum subscription tables.
