I was answering a user's question as to how one can use the quote tag earlier and I found out that there is no value in the alt attribute for the formatting bar images. I think it would be beneficial to add one that to each that describes what the icon is for, because the icon's themselves are not all self-explainitory. For example, on the quote icon the alt attribute could be set to "Quote". Actually, it would be more appropriate to set the title attribute, but most browsers tooltip the alt attribute any way.
