After hours of messing with CSS and color changes this is what I came up with...

I liked it, a little dark for my personal tastes but interesting enough that I will study your ideas. I was particularly interested in the scrolling title bar and how that was accomplished, and the ads under the header, which is similar to something I wish to do except that I wish to have the links refer to a document page, Photo page, or other data source  .
Keep up the good work it is inspirational!
I am new to this so explain things very, very carefully!
