Sorry for the lameness of this question...
I just upgraded FUD from 1.2.8 to 2.0.2 using the upgrade script, but cant see anywhere to create themes - only the Template Management. Is the Theme Manager available under 2.0.2??

Everything has moved to templates. Use the template editor and edit forum.css.tmpl. You will find similarities there to the old theme editor.
Don't forget to go into the Theme Manager and click Rebuild Template to make your changes effective.
Protoss recommends editing the template with a text editor for many changes, as you can only change one thing at a time through the web pages.

Version 2.0.2 only allows a single template. Ability to have >1 template was added in later versions, I believe the 1st version with that ability was 2.1.0
