How do i remove that under 13 option. I want to go directly to the information page on click of register.

Or at least go through the options on the Admin Control Panel.

COPPA:
Enable/disable the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA) check during new user registration.

Is a pretty easy option on Admin Control Panel, no?
