Is it possible to increase anonymous access to post listing? I want anonymous users to be able to list the post in a forum and get directed to login/register page once the post topic is clicked.

Yes it is possible by using the "Groups manager" in the Administration panel.

There are many ways to obtain the same result, but the easiest is probably to setup a Forum which is actually a redirect for which you grant anonymous access.
