Dear colleague

I would like to invite you to submit a paper to Vol. 1, No. 4 of
IJRRSIC. The journal is indexed by EBSCO, Ulrich and Google Scholar.
The reviewer comments will be returned within one week. There is a
nominal charge of USD-75 for publication of an accepted manuscript.

International Journal of Research and Reviews in Soft and Intelligent
Computing (IJRRSIC) is a scholarly peer reviewed international
scientific journal published four times in a year, focusing on
theories, methods, and applications in soft and intelligent computing.
It provides a challenging forum for researchers, industrial
professionals, engineers, managers, and policy makers working in the
field to contribute and disseminate innovative new work on soft
computing and Computational Intelligence. Soft computing is likely to
play an important role in science and engineering in the future. The
successful applications of soft computing and the rapid growth of
embedded intelligence in computing suggest the high impact of this
area. This journal serves as a platform that fosters new applications
for all scientists and engineers engaged in research and development
in these fast growing fields. Topics considered include but are not
limited to:

• automated reasoning
• computational theories of learning
• heuristic search
• knowledge representation
• qualitative physics
• signal, image and speech understanding
• robotics
• natural language understanding
• software and hardware architectures for AI.

You're a fraud, pal, and your "journal" is a scam. Real journals
do not charge for publication.

Regrettably, in the academic world, they do charge. Sometimes you can
get your department or other source to subsidize it, but being charged
to publish a work you have written in an honorable journal happens all
the time. These publications don't have a popular readership and they
have some serious expenses such as getting the articles reviewed
('refereed"), publishing a low-volume journal without economies of
scale, postage, and the like.

(Just retired as an associate professor because I didn't have enough
publications to be a full professor.)

That could be. But those are also respected journals, not scams like his.

BTW - please don't top post.
